We call them bus plugs, others might call them disconnects, tap boxes, or swing jacks. Whatever the name, bus plugs allow access to the electricity in the busway and provide over current protection either with fuses or circuit breakers.
We stock and source reconditioned and surplus bus plugs for busway lines from all manufacturers.

We can match your bus plug with the catalog number from either a current bus plug or the catalog number from your busway. The bus plug catalog number should be found either on an exterior or interior label. The busway catalog number is on a an exterior tag at one end of the busway.
Fusible bus plugs use fuses to provide the over-current protection, one fuse per phase. Fuses are also used to provide a wide range of amperages. An example is 70 amp over-protection, which would be a 100 amp bus plug with 70 amp fuses installed.
We have reconditioned fuses available. We will install fuses so bus plugs are ready for install.
