We try to make it easy to do business with Legacy. Our terms are as simple and straight forward as we can make them. We strive to continually make purchasing Legacy products easier.
Legacy's first concern is that every product sold is safe for its intended use. Every item is checked. If we have any doubts or questions, the item does not ship.
All Legacy items (new-in-box, surplus, and, reconditioned) are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase. If an item fails because of Legacy workmanship, Legacy will replace or repair the failed item at no charge to the best of Legacy's ability.
We understand that things happen. Our general return policy is to take back any standard stock item, with no re-stocking charge. You cover the freight back to us. Items that are new-in-box, have to be unopened. We ask that you let us know that you are returning the item.
Busway, custom items, or something we specifically purchased for you, such as an obsolete item, are a bit more complicated. Contact us on these items to see if we can work something out.
We do not offer any counterfeit items. The original manufacturers have spent money and time engineering their products for a specfied use. Our goal is to ensure that products can continue to fulfill their specified use intended by the original manufacturer. If we have any doubts about an item, we do not sell it.
We are not associated with any manufacturer. We do not represent them in any way. We refer to their specifications for information about their products.
We collect information about you when you visit our website, call us, and purchase from us. The information is for Legacy's sole use. We use the information to assist individual customers and understand our customers as a whole. We have not, do not, and will not sell any customer information or use it for any purpose other than our intended business purpose (providing electrical busway systems).
