About Legacy

Legacy was started in 2007 with the concept of doing business the right way. What is doing business the right way? We believe it is thinking about the long-term relationship; to earn business today and tomorrow. We break it into three areas:

Quality
Products and workmanship that is outstanding. Customers have to be confident that products work.
Reliability
We do what we say we are going to do.
Service
We are available to our customers before and after the sale. We want to do the most effort for our customer’s business and trust, as opposed to the least.

How do we back up these statements? Quality: every item is tested and backed with a one year warranty. Reliability: ask questions to understand the need and then deliver. Service: do all the little things. Examples of our service:

  • We have met tough delivery schedules.

What works today, is not necessarily going to work tomorrow. We strive to improve every area of our business.

We are located outside of Detroit, where busway systems were developed as a solution for delivering power to automotive assembly plants. We enjoy visiting manufacturing plants to see how things are made and the meet the people that make them.
